Cooking Classes
Chef Rachel Duboff offers exciting classes and workshops to help you in your journey to become more empowered about the food that you put in your body. Whether your approach is food as fuel or food as enjoyment (or hopefully both), learn ways to better incorporate healthy eating into your daily life. By cooking in your own home, you have a chance to use (and improve) your own equipment, you get to decide the pace that makes sense for you; you get to work with the ingredients that you’re comfortable with and even learn to better utilize items you already own.
